April is Brooklyn's seventh month and it's been an exciting one. The first week she got a tooth! A second followed about 2 weeks later. In between she discovered she could pull herself up on things. She doesn't know what to do when she gets there but it is an exciting perspective for her. With that discovery her agility has exploded. She can go from sitting to crawling to standing to her laying and she loves it. When on her tummy - she can officially crawl. She has been scooting for some time now (since February?) but in the last two weeks she has discovered how to crawl and is perfecting the art.
She is also talking more. For awhile her favorite was 'mamamama' and then 'babababa.' This month she has added the sophisticated vocabulary of 'dadadada' (much to her father's delight).
Another cute thing that we will try to get recorded sometime is her newest greeting. Prompted, she will "wave" to people but now she has a 'hello' all her own. She will cock her head at you and smile - then expect you to do it back. I will have to get a video - its alot cuter than it sounds.

Lisa said you found her on FaceBook and told me you had a blog. I hope everything is going well. Your little girl is so cute- we are soon to have one of our own. Hope we have time to look at my blog and we can stay in touch.
