We went to an event on campus where Brooklyn got her face painted ...
And went down this slide about a million times.

(We didn't get a picture of my hot red dress, fancy shoes, and gaudy jewelry. It was still an awesome costume.)
Matt went as Poseidon (god of the sea). Apparently he and Medusa had a little fling sometime. Everyone called him King Tritan though. Uncultured swine (te he -jk). And don't tell. But underneath the tinfoil and seashells, his crown is a Cinderella tiara. Definitely secure in his manhood :).
Aside from this even on campus, our ward had a very fun trunk or treat. Brooklyn's favorite costume was the girl who was an iPad and played music all night. She also liked th pumpkin carved with Cinderella's face. I kind of liked the one with President Monson's face. I was impressed.
Matt and I also got to go to a couples only party. We won scariest costume. I got an apple I bobbed for in less than nine seconds and ate a powdered doughnut on a string faster than Matt (but that's because my mouth is quite a bit bigger than his ... really.) It was a great Halloween. Hope yours was the same!
