First Christmas

Brooklyn was becoming more aware just in time for Christmas. She even helped me with some wrapping…

And the unwrapping.

All of Anslin’s siblings had babies last summer. Having them together at Christmas was really fun. One was always spitting up or moving or sleeping or crying, and in my pictures at least, one of them always had red eye.

They are all still very cute.
All the excitement was at times overwhelming. She actually fell asleep in the middle of the family talent show! (Conclude what you will about the talent in my family.)

With Matt’s family, Brooklyn was the youngest by almost 16 years and only grandbaby so never lacked attention. Here she is helping Grammy in the kitchen.
