Thanks to her dad’s insistence to tummy time her first day home from the hospital, Brooklyn rolled from her tummy to her back around 6 weeks. After plenty of videos showing her on her tummy and hearing Matt or I say something like “She just rolled over 3 times so I’m sure we can get it on video this time! Come on Sweetie. You can do it!” and stuff like that, we caught her rolling over on video. Our neighbors were there to share the happy moment.
She began to really like being on her tummy so would seldom roll to her back. This also gave her motivation to roll from her back to her tummy. For about two weeks she would roll up onto her side and hang out there until finally, on January 29th, she rolled all the way from her back to her tummy. See for yourself…
